All of our products are made to order. Because items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or or exchanges if you order the wrong size, colour, or simply change your mind.

Damaged or Defective Items:

10 Business day window: You must report misprinted, damaged or defective items within 10 business days of delivery.

Required Proof: Email us clear photos of the damaged item and the packing details slip.

Resolution: We will issue a free replacement or full refund for validated defects.

 

Lost in Transit: 

Reporting Window: Contact us within 10 days after the estimated delivery date if your package has not arrived.

Address Errors: We do not offer refunds if the carrier confirms delivery or if you provided an incorrect address.

 

Privacy Policy:

We collect your personal information to fulfill orders and provide customer support.

Order Fulfillment: We share your name, shipping address, and order details with our printing partner, Printful, to produce and ship your item(s).

Data Protection: Printful only uses your data to fulfill your orders and handles it securely according to privacy laws.

Payment Processing: Your financial data is securely processed through Shopify's secure payment gateways. We never see or store your credit card or payment information.
